If you don’t have time to work individual muscle groups, you need to choose exercises that work several muscle groups at the same time. That’s the quickie. You wouldn’t want to make a steady diet of it, or you’d burn out in no time. But, when you need a quickie, this routine will give you the most bang for your buck.
Walking Lunge
Half Body Push Ups (or Full Body Push Ups, if you have them in you).
Oblique Crunch
Don’t cheat on the stretches. Stretch your chest, arms, hamstrings (sitting), quadriceps (floor), upper back, lower back,and abdominals
Take a quick walk around the block, park at the far end of the parking lot all day. Or, put on some great tunes and have a dance-party-picnic with your girlfriends and their kids.
