As for me, I like to press-the-pedal-to-the-medal on Friday and make the coming 2 days of rest count for something. So, put on some rockin’ tunes and try this routine on for size.

Floor Quadriceps Extensions
Stretch your chest, arms, hams and quads, lower back, upper back, andabdominals.
Take a nice stroll with your favorite person, and go dancing this weekend to loosen up your leg muscles.
