Short Order Cook: full body
If you’ve got 30 minutes and you want to make them count, throw this routine on the grill. It’s not a five-course dinner, but it’ll satisfy your appetite, that’s for sure.
Walking Lunge
Half Body Push Ups (or Full Body Push Ups, if you have them in you).
Oblique Crunch
Don’t cheat on the stretches. Stretch your chest, arms, hamstrings (sitting), quadriceps (floor), upper back, lower back,and abdominals
Take a quick walk around the block, park at the far end of the parking lot all day. Or, put on some great tunes and have a dance-party-picnic with your girlfriends and their kids.
