schedules

Schedules are a lifesaver for a busy family. Develop a schedule as soon as you bring your baby home. Bedtime, dinner, naptime can all be on a consistent schedule. Schedules will help you manage your day and kids of all ages will thrive on it. The schedules will need to change over the years depending on circumstances. At first, babies will have an eating schedule that is much more frequent than a five year old. Don’t forget to put in a snack time. If your child is cranky think about how long it has been since lunch. A banana or piece of cheese and glass of milk will make a marked improvement in his/her disposition. For some kids, the benefit of a snack on behavior is so noticeable that you will be absolutely amazed.
