Neck Stretches
Sometimes we forget about the muscles that keep our head on straight. Try these gentle stretches to help you relax. They are especially useful for office work, home or business.
Back of Neck Stretch Starting Position: Standing or sitting with your shoulders relaxed, place one hand on the top of your head and gently pull your head toward your chest. Hold the position for 30 to 60 seconds, breathing evenly.

Ear to Shoulder Stretch Starting Position: Standing or sitting with your shoulders relaxed, place one hand on the top of your head and gently help (not pull) your lower one side toward the shoulder (ear to shoulder). Concentrate on keeping the shoulder of the stretching side relaxed. Hold the positions for 30 to 60 seconds, breathing evenly. Slowly reverse sides.

Side Turn Neck Stretch Starting Position: Standing or sitting with your shoulders relaxed, slowly turn your face to the side, as if you are looking over your shoulder. Hold the position for 30 to 60 seconds, breathing evenly. Slowly reverse sides.
