MANNERS MATTER
Just as there are customs and rules for driving down the highway, there are manners and etiquette for social encounters of every kind. These “rules” for social behavior encourage respect and dignity in dealing with one another. Chivalry in the Middle Ages was the beginning of etiquette, as we know it today. Good manners will help you present yourself in the best possible way in all your dealings, both business and personal. It is never too early (or too late) to begin learning these “codes of behavior”.
