low carb spaghetti!
1 spaghetti squash 1 lb ground beef, lean 1 26 oz jar spaghetti sauce 1/2 C onion, yellow, chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 Tbsp olive oil parmesan cheese to taste
Cut squash in half, cover one half with plastic wrap Cook in microwave about 5 minutes Scrape squash in to a bowl with a spoon Heat olive oil in a skillet with onion and garlic, then add beef Add salt and pepper to taste After meat is browned, add sauce and heat through Pour sauce over spaghetti squash Serve with parmesan cheese on top
