Low Carb Pancake recipe (Trust us! They are wonderful!) Yield six pancakes
2 eggs 1/4 C cottage cheese 2 Tbsp cream cheese 3 Tbsp wheat germ 1 Tbsp Wondra 1 tsp baking powder Pinch of baking soda
I know you can’t believe it! Well, believe it They are wonderful! In a blender add two eggs and blend until fluffy. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend for about 1 minute. Pour in frying pan or electric skillet. Flip when you see lots of bubbles in the pancake. Cook until brown on both sides. Serve!
Hint: You can buy sugar free syrup!
