To remove mustard stains from white cotton tees: rub the area with undiluted laundry detergent. Rinse. Rub with strong solution of chlorine bleach and water. Rinse. Soak in soapy bleach water.
Keep a toothbrush handy with your laundry cleaning supplies. They are great to use in removing tough stains. Wet the brush and put a little Soft Scrub (or Soft Scrub with Bleach if a white garment) and rub on the stain. You can also use the toothbrush with other cleaning agents—detergents etc., to rub on a spot. The brush helps you get just the isolated spot you want and saves your skin.
