Ironing Day: upper body
Ironing is, in itself, a pretty good upper body exercise. We all know that it takes elbow grease to iron out those wrinkles, with or without spray starch. So, since you’re at it anyway, let’s just beef up that workout a bit.
Abdominal Crunch
Reverse Abdominal Crunch
Half Body Push Ups
Biceps Curl
Triceps Extension
One Arm Rows
Kneeling Rhomboid Press
Forward Arm Raise
Stretch your chest, arms, shoulders, upper back, and abdominals.
Go for a nice walk in the park. Or, play hide-and-seek with your kids. And, for heaven’s sake, don’t tag them right away. Give them a good race back to “base.”
