Open the car door for their dates (especially if it is his wife!)
Walk a lady to her door at night
Walk on the side of the sidewalk closest to the street when walking with a lady
Stand and shake hands when an introduction is being made
Offer a seat on a bus/trolley/subway to an older person or lady
Remove your hats at dinner or when attending a house of worship
