Welcome to daily routines!
Well, it’s one thing to have a list of weight training and flexibility training exercises, and it’s quite another to have an exercise program. So, let’s create some routines. We’ll get you started with several sets of weekly workouts. Once you get the hang of it, you’ll be making up your own.
These daily routines provide upper body with abdominal routines or lower body with abdominal routines monday through thursday, with full body routines on friday. In addition, we have provided some ideas for fitting fitness in to your workweek. If you prefer full-body routines just combine an upper and lower body day and you’ll have a full body day. Don’t have time for a full body routine? Do the quickie full body routine. Just remember to give your muscles at least a full day off in between routines (the exception to this rule is the abdominals).
Most importantly, fit some aerobic activities into your day. Life is cardio! Any combination of time and activity that adds up to 30 minutes a day will benefit you.
The key to a successful exercise program is choosing something you can stick with. That’s why we’re offering you a variety of daily routines. Combine these routines in ways that are best for you.
