  Vinegar is good for everything!!
Add 2 tablespoons vinegar to water before boiling eggs. Keeps them from cracking.

Instead of flouring the cake pan—use a bit of the cake mix and you’ll eliminate the white mess on the outside of the cake.

When making meatloaf, double the recipe. Shape two loaves from the mixture. Put one in the oven for dinner and wrap up the other in tin foil and then put in a freezer baggie and label. Next time you want meatloaf just take it out of the freezer, unwrap it, put in a baking dish and pop in the oven. You don’t even need to defrost it.

When chopping onions go ahead and chop lots of onions. Put those you don’t need for your current recipe in a baggie - then another baggie (you don’t want onion smell in your freezer) and then keep in the freezer. Every time you need a couple tablespoons of chopped onion you will have it handy.
