Cleaning Day: upper body
I don’t know about you; but my best times cleaning house are when I crank up the volume. While you are spic and spanning, pay attention to the muscle groups you use. Tighten your core as you push that vacuum. Flex your pecs while you scour the sink. Might as well kill 2 birds with one song; clean your house and buff your body.
