Wednesday: lower body
I love Wednesdays. They mean I am halfway to my days of rest. Put on some great tunes for this workout and move to the groove. Sometimes a little distraction is all you need to breeze through an exercise routine.
Squats
Heel Lifts
Toe Lifts
Chair Quadriceps Extension
Pelvic Lift
Lying Hamstring Curl
Abdominal Crunch
Oblique Crunch
Stretch your hamstrings (kneeling or sitting), quads (kneeling or floor), lower back (all),and abdominals
Ride your bicycle around the block a couple of times. Or, pitch a few balls to your kids. Then, field the hits and race your little batter to home plate (you just jog, let the little slugger run).
