spinach sour cream souffle (Serves: 4)

Ingredients |

spinach, frozen, chopped |
| 1/2 |

cheese, Parmesan |

onion |

pie crust, refrigerated |

eggs |
| 1/2 |
cup |
sour cream |

flour |
| 1 |

butter |

Instructions
Cook spinach and onions in a small amount of water until thawed. Drain. Beat eggs until fluffy and mix with remaining souffle ingredients. Stir in spinach and onions. Bake in pie shell at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Should be lightly brown on top.

lettuce |

stalk |
celery |

green onions |
| 1 |

tomato |

bell pepper, yellow |
| Or |
|
salad fixings, favorite |
|
|
Instructions
Clean all vegetables.
Tear up lettuce into bite sized pieces.
Cut tomatoes into small wedges.
Slice celery length wise and then cut diagonally in bite sized pieces.
Chop green onion, be sure to use some of the dark green parts.
Slice yellow pepper.
Toss all together in salad bowl.
